Check for Structural Damage

The metal flange was bent on the base through which the bolts secure the base to the chair seat. A separate wrench (not included) was needed to straighten the flange to allow the bolt to secure the seat. This was "prepackaging" damage. It was recoverable and not worth returning the chair... but be sure to inspect as soon as you open the box. There may be no damage to the shipping container if the damage was done before the chair was packaged for shipment.

Beautiful Chair but not for everyone

The chair is very beautiful and easy to put together. I love the navy blue and the fabric used. Also it has great wheels. However, I am 5'1 blessed with wide round hips. It doesn't work for me. It doesn't help with my back and the fact that it doesn't have arms is very uncomfortable. Sometimes I'm at my office desk for long period of times and I need something a little more comfortable with arms.

This product is everything I wanted it to be....

I have longish legs and am older so having an desk chair that I can adjust wee bit higher helps prevent leg aches I usually get from a regular chair. The color is attractive...not too bright or too bold. It is firm to sit on but it is a supportive firm. The back is firm and supports the back to ease any aches from sitting too long. It is what I wanted and needed. Time will tell about the durability of the hydraulic mechanism in the chair but for now it is perfect.

Perfect desk chair

This is a perfect chair for my desk. It was super easy to put together. The instructions are simple. It says it requires two people and that it takes 30minutes, but I did it by myself in just 10 minutes! The chair is soft and firm. The lever raises the chair to the perfect height. The only thing is that it doesn’t have great low back support, but I just put a pillow behind me and problem solved.
