This is the only one you need. I love it.

I have been buying and trying a lot of aprons in 20 years of my experience as a chef. But this is the one I have been looking for. Not too heavy, light, easy to clean, wraps around the waist. It matches with my chef uniform from chef works with a snap in the back to hold the apron.

Good Apron but not good fit for petite women

Finally, a functional apron that is not overly frilly. When I'm in the kitchen, I get to WORK! Just like a scientist needs their lab coat, a chef needs a proper apron when working in the kitchen-lab. That means I want something functional with clean lines and solid color, sensibly placed pockets, adjustable straps and yes, a touch of style. This apron meets all of those requirements, however I will caveat that the photos all depict pictures of men in the apron and that is who this will fit best. As a short petite female, the apron fits large even with straps adjusted to their shortest setting. The body of the apron wraps all the way around me. While it does not get in the way of functionality for me, I do wish it fit just a little better, although I was expecting this when I ordered it.

Looking for a shop apron that ties around the front. I'm 6'3 220lbs: big! Can front tie but without a full bow- that's OK. The Memphis is a perfect match with the usual denim woodshop apron.. in length. It falls just below the knees. Hanging by their neck loops they are identical lengths ……….Like the flat neck strap. Like the lighter, yes softer, thinner material. BUT all belly pockets are not hand accessible. That's a bummer. Also the accessible pocket stitching creates long corners in pocket bottoms where small items can migate & get lost. ………However, as a comfortable easy to tie apron for an old guy, it's a happy choice, worth the price. $$. Great Value

I was impressed with the look and quality of this apron. I purchased it for my 68 year old fathers birthday and he loved it! The denim look is masculine but it’s cotton so it’s not stiff. I like the long ties, my dad has arthritis so being able to wrap it around the front to tie and untie was important. Durability remains to be seen, he will mainly be using it for cooking and possibly gardening so I think it’ll hold up well under that type of use. Overall it’s a great value.

Great apron but not for wearing long periods of time.

This is a decent apron. It’s definitely made from good quality material. I do have a couple issues with it though. First I feel because of the thickness of the material it makes the apron heavier and I tend to get really hot when I wear this one opposed to the cheap light linen ones they give us at work. Second the adjustable strap for the neck, while it’s a convenient idea to set it to your desired position, if you’re not wearing a shirt with a collar or chef coat be prepared to feel that strap burn after a long period of time. I’d say this apron is best used for cooking at home than in a professional kitchen where you have to wear it for 8-13 hours a day.

Nice Looking Apron, Material Rather Thin...

The Chef Works Bib Apron has a great visual look. The denim is a nice choice for this style of apron and, because it is dark in color, hides many stains. Pros: 1) Nice looking. 2) Denim has a good look. 3) Good construction. Cons: 1) Material is thin.
