This is a nice, cozy jacket and my granddaughter loves it. Better yet, the price was unbelievable! I purchased one of these on sale, in her size, directly from Carter's. It was snug in the sleeves and not as loose as a pullover might be, but could be worn over a thin t-shirt. Seeing this awesome offer, I bought another a size larger. Fit was ok, but sleeves are still snug and she has thin to average arms.
