Run small, ITCHY!!

I bought these for a snowboarding trip thinking they would be perfect. They run small so they were a bit uncomfortable to wear. Not only that, but they are so so so itchy!!!

Thick, warm socks

If you are looking for thick socks to go in your snow boots, these are perfect. Nice colors. Very warm.

Ordered these for winter wear. I usually wear socks that are a cotton blend which these are not. They are very thick and padded foot bed, will be great with house slipper/boot for warmth. My feet tend to get cold so I wear heavier socks with my outside boots. These are thick and I was afraid I may not get my slimmer boots shafts zipped. I was able to get the boots zipped so I know that my lace up boots will be OK. I have washed and dried and they have come out just fine. Hopefully they will last longer than one winter. If they last all winter without problems I will order again. Thanks

Cannot recommend more highly!

After one experience with a very cold campout last fall, I was *not* looking forward to another camping night below freezing Temps in March. The worst discomfort the first time was cold feet, so I bought these after reading reviews. They. Are. Awesome! The temperature was 26-30 degrees for almost 24hrs, and my feet were *never* cold at all. Unbelievable! We also bought several green wool army-style blankets, which kept the rest of our bodies warm while sleeping, but these socks stayed on my feet for 48hrs straight and kept my toes toasty warm the whole time whether under blankets or walking around the campground in the coldest part of the early morning. Cannot recommend these enough, and I am seriously considering buying a pair for all the members of our troop if we have another cold-weather campout.

Pilling after less than a day

I wanted a warm sock with synthetic wool for winter hiking and bought this. I tried them on at home after work and then went to bed in them. They were pilling after just that one night. I have heard of this brand before as being durable and long lasting, but this is not it.

These socks are definitely heavy weight

These are great boot socks for cold Canadian winters. They are very well made and stand up to machine washing and drying. A good investment.
