pants came with stains on them twice

first pair of pants came with a blue pen marked on leg...sent back and got a replacement pair which now had another stain (orange colored stain this time) on the leg.... otherwise it is a nice pair of pants but to have two pairs come at two separate times with stains on them is not ok

It's would have been p perfect if they would have sent me the size I ordered Large not a size small.
