We were not impressed

We were not impressed and could not use on our American Bulldog. This thermal gel-pack therapy leg wrap requires a dog collar to attach the leg straps to. Our dogs are only collared when we take them off of our property, so we weren't able to try it. In our opinion, it is basically an overpriced and complex gel-pack holder...

Better for Dogs without Choking Problems

My dog has some joint issues now as he reaches his later years in life. This brace is a nice concept but I would love to see a way to attach it using a harness as the required support from the collar chokes out my dog a bit, so he won't tolerate it. I'm sure with younger dogs it works better. It's easy to get on but it does't stay on the legs very well and can tell it discomforts my dog more than it is helping.

Does not work.

impossible to secure. The top needs to be wider for the wider part of the dogs leg and this thing spins and is dangling by the time you walk next door. We tightened and re-adjusted it three times before coming to the conclusion there really was just NO way to make this thing work! Oh and it hooks to the collar of the dog… at what point do you get it tight enough on the dogs leg without it choking the dog? Great idea, take it back to the drawing board.

Great quality, company and customer service

This Stifle therapy wrap is very well designed. I had some issues with the first 2 that I ordered but I contacted Caldera directly they made it right. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Does not fit correctly.

In accurate website description. Does not fit my dog like it supposed to. The seller will not make it right. I will never recommend this to anyone. They are just here to screw people.

Grateful it Fits my Standard

Let's face it, when your pup has scheduled surgery, you want every single thing that can assist in recovery and comfort BEFOREHAND. The first 24 hours it might be easier to administer cold therapy, when sedated, but as soon as they start moving or needing therapeutic standing/walking, this is a godsend. This size fit my Standard Poodle perfectly. For therapy or post surgery, consider this.

The brace did not fit well. Not being able to return the item is very disappointing and I am out 60.00. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Therapy for the rest of us pups

We were pleased with our first Caldera therapy wrap; we now have a small collection for various nagging ailments. For older dogs this therapy wrap can provide comfort and aid in strength. Very high quality, like you would find at an orthopedic specialist’s office for humans. The reusable gel pac can be applied either warm or cold and we’re grateful to have discovered this therapy solution. Fido is indeed worth it!
