Customer support was great but the shoes didn't work for me

Shoes were very comfortable I wish they didn't unglued first time I put them on both of them that being said I have other shoes from this company and they are amazing so I think it's just this pair. Still recommend. Maybe not this pair.

Does not got over arch

Seemed like a very good product but couldn’t get my foot into the shoe because the arch was too low.

Love the shoes but...

I bought the shoes in October 2022 and the sole is separating from the fabric. Love the shoes, they are comfortable but I'm very disappointed in the quality.

Like walking on air, I usually take a size 8.5 but I really should have bought a size 8 fits a bit large. Other than that they are usually my go to shoes for fall.

Smart casual

I have other pairs of BZees, so I knew to choose size 9 ( My feet are size 8.5 wide) . A thin wool sock works well with them. They are light, comfortable, smart casual to wear with pants.
