Works with No-Neutral switches that will not operate with some LED bulbs

In addition to adding additional load to fix flickering dimming on LED bulbs, will also work on cases where no-neutral smart switches will not power up / operate correctly when some LED bulbs are in the socket. Works as a additional load bypass for LED bulbs. It will even allow a no neutral smart switch to power up with NO bulb in the socket.

Fixed LED "ghosting" (when switch is off but light dimly glows)

My common cheap LED ceiling light worked fine until I installed a Lutron Caseta smart switch, then it would glow while off. Installing this little thing to the black and white wires coming out the ceiling light solved the problem. I searched all over google and the only ridiculous solution anyone provided was to wire a little incandescent bulb into the ceiling and hide it there to soak up residual energy. So glad this product exists!

Fixed my LED not shutting off with Inovelli Blue smart switch (neutral)

My Inovelli Blue smart dimmer (neutral) did not shut off my LED sconces correctly; some remnant current always created a faint glow. I placed the bypass behind the switch between the neutral and the load. That's it! Full shutdown. I still had to adjust the dimmer minimum setting to avoid flickering.

Necessary for electronic switches with no neutral and LEDs

I'm using it with a Homeseer dimmer/switch within an old wiring with no neutral and a 12W LED ceiling light. Because the light doesn't provide enough current back to the dimmer to piggyback so it can work, the light flickered badly on and off before adding this. This is a small resistor that solves this problem and in my case, wired it parallel to the light fixture (same cables as the light fixture). This brand (Jasco) is a known US company that is well known in retail stores, although they are usually sold under license from other major brands (GE, Philips, etc). This bypass was cheaper than others and works as well.

Fixed flash with LED lights with lutron caseta system

I was worried I would have to rip out my led can lights that are running on the caseta system. They flash at max brightness when the dimmer is slowly bringing the lights up from being off. I connected this into the switch and it worked great. Lights are smooth with no flickering or flashing. Saved a lot of frustration!

It came with two wires, the correct and optimal number of wires, and it does what it says it does - albeit the instructions could use some improvement (fortunately I had installed competing devices before so I already knew what needed to happen.

Try this first

Go to the jasco GitHub and downgrade the firmware. The older firmware fixed my flickering issue with no need for an added resistive load.

Works with Lutron Caseta dimmers. Solved the flash issue for me.

I recently switched out Halo canister-recessed lightings with more modern recessed lightings. After installing the new recessed lighting, I noticed an issue where the light flashed, immediately turned off, and then back on again. The previous recessed lights didn't display the issue the new lights were having. Searching Amazon I ran across this lighting bypass and decided to give it a try. The bypass solved the flashing issue. It was easy to install and small enough to fit inside the jbox that that came with the recessed lighting.

Removed flicker with my LED fixture and an Enbrighten dimmer

What's to add? I have Hilo Enbrighten dimmers, and with some fixtures there was flickering below roughly 65% of output. Thanks to this small load resistor, I can dim fully without problems.

Completely useless

Installed with a smart switch per instructions between the neutral/bypass and the load/bypass, and it did absolutely nothing in eliminating nor reducing the flickering in the dimmer. Seems like a complete useless item to me. Like buying snake oil.
