Works to remove 'drain stop' pull.

The most important thing to know is what this is for (I read several reviews that expected something different). This plug button fits to cap off the hole for the 'drain stop' pull up that is found on pretty much all residential (and many commercial) lavatory faucets. If you want to remove the 'drain stop', but don't want to be left with a useless pull on the faucet, then this is what you want. Please keep in mind that there are different finishes available and that this plug will probably not fit on pulls that are on the curved portion of the faucet. If you want a faucet without a 'drain stop' but don't want a loose useless pull left on the faucet, then this simple plug could save you big $ over buying a commercial faucet.
