Marketing Wrong

I have been looking a long time for a slow cooker. I WAS going to give this to a friend who wanted one like her old one that said "AUTO" NOT "WARM". So I ordered it. It arrived and does not say "AUTO" it says 'WARM" unlike the pictures and write up on Amazon. So now the returning process.

NOT as pictured

The slow cooker received looked nothing like the one pictured online or ON THE BOX! It has the same model number but the knob on the lid isn’t the same and it doesn’t have an “auto” setting. It says warm instead (it means same thing but it should come as advertised). It’s ironic because the manual inside has an image of the one pictured online. This will be going back and now am afraid the same thing will happen with another order now. Surprised Amazon did that.

This is a very bad cooker , do not buy this item

THIS is a very bad cooker, it will burn your finger tips if you touch the outside of the pot, even on low setting. Warranty is only good if YOU pay for return shipping costs.
