It was defective but the vendor was awesome!

I installed the aerator and it leaked. I was prepared to return it; but when I contacted the vendor, they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit without having to send the item back to them. Exceeded my expectations!

Good but long term quality is suffering

Works good and looks good when new. Now almost a year later, it has become very difficult to switch modes. This could be due to hard water deposit build up but I'm going to look for an alternative soon.

Cheap quality

This is the same sprayer I purchased several years back. It seems the quality has diminished. Product won’t stay in aerator position. Keeps falling into spray position. Took ten days to arrive. $ 15.00 is not cheap for something like this. I guess this is third party Amazon purchases. I’ll go to the store and purchase another one. At least I can take it back. Very disappointed.

Very good quality, better than plastic sprayers.

Initial impression after 2 days, very good quality, and works well. Definitely better than the cheaper plastic sprayers. Seems to be as good quality as the more expensive 'EuroJet' brand (which I previously purchased), but the double swivel on the BrassCraft brand incorporates a non-removable flow-restrictor which would be difficult to drill out.

Great way to save water, add some functionality

Great way to save water, add some functionality (swivel w/ spray or aerated) without replacing the the entire faucet. Fours stars because I had to use a different washer and add teflon tape. Used the swivel female thread on a Grohe single handle male thread. Very satified.

Love it. Better than buying a extendable faucet.
