Use your head!

I recently moved into a new apartment and do not have room for a bedside lamp. I love to read before sleeping at times, and thought I would give one of these a try as I also think they can be handy at night when your hands are full and you need to see too. This is just perfect. The light source can be adjusted up or down and the headgear is also adjustable so you can lay in bed and read with it on, then reach up, turn off the power, and take it off and put it on the bedpost overnight. :) I love it!

Very comfortable

Nice fit on the headband. Works great. I got mine for attic work. I ended up ordering two more because I dropped mine into a glass of water and killed it. But it worked great before that. Very bright. Again great for work around the house and has a nice comfortable fit on your head.

A medium grade head light

Works for me, use when in a variety of applications. Head ban will stretch out over time but usually last as long as the light itself.

Headband and plastic

I expected more but, in hindsight, what more could it be. The minute I saw it I thought cheap. It’s a headband you are to attach the plastic light to it. The Insert says, it has 7 modes, it’s dimmable and, you can turn lights off without cycling through all the modes. It doesn’t say how. I was able to get 4 modes and sometimes it cycles through all 4 and sometimes it goes instant off. I don’t see a dimmer. Since there’s not really any instructions and just some pictures and a few words by each., I’ll fiddle with it and see. Overall I’d say, it’ll do what I want it for, walk my pup at night. The picture I put IS the instructions.

Works well simple use

I have used this for a number of days now and have no problems at all. I use this for my morning walks as it is dark when I start. It has three main lighting intensities and then you can make each level dimmer by holding the select button down and whatever level you are on it will get dimmer the longer you hold your finger on the button. I have found that this unit is very bright on all levels. I use the lowest level (kind of wider beam of light) and then dim it down a touch to be about as bright as a street light in front of me on a sidewalk. At this level the batteries lasted for this unit between 1 to 1 1/2 hours for 29 days. This truly surprised me. I suspect the batteries will only last a small fraction of that on the brighter modes without the dimming. I don't know how to compare this with other products on the market but it certainly does light up the world around you on full brightness. You can see and truly be seen with this light. Simple easy to use and replace batteries. The position hold seems to work good as it does stay where you put it for angle. It took me a few times to get used to the select button but after that no problem. For the price you certainly get a simple bright light that seems relatively sturdy.

Consume rapido bateria y los cristales se empañaron

Compré esta lámpara y otro similar de la misma marca en una tienda de conveniencia donde salíó un poco mas barata y no cuenta con el cambio de luz roja. De todas formas desde el inicio se notaba que la que compré en la tienda tenía más intensidad, luego me di cuenta que esta lámpara parecía tener como empañados los vidrios por humedad o algo así, la desarme, limpié y quedó un poco mejor. Consumen rápido las baterias, así que he complementado su uso con baterías recargables para evitar tanto consumo. Algo sobresaliente es que se me soltó del casco en una maniobra dentro de una cueva donde había agua y pese a hundirse por un rato e irse un metro o menos con la corriente, ha seguido funcionando.

Muy bien. Vale la pena tenerla para emergencias o en el auto.

El empaque expone lo que es, no me importa, amazon es confiable. El instructivo, muy simple y practico, excelente. La lampara funciona bien, excelente luz. Su uso es principalmente en espera de emergencias para un uso muy ocasional. Si la recomiendo, falta ver que se mantenga en funcionamiento a lo largo del tiempo. Luz roja, intensa, media y baja. Necesitas habituarte y aprender a usarla.

Excelentes modos de intensidad.

Me gusto mucho por los diferentes modos de intensidad e iluminación ya que puedes utilizarlo tanto para iluminar a unos metros alrededor de ti como para varios metros hacia enfrente, el peso es normal y bastante cómodo. La duración de la batería si se usa en modo bajo se prolonga suficiente y no se calienta para nada. La diadema es muy cómoda y por el poco peso y los acabados de calidad evitan que lastime tu cabeza. Es una buena opción sino quieres gastar en una Black Diamond.

Pocas funciones y no muy bien rendimiento

Me siento decepcionado con está versión de 315 lúmenes, después de haber adquirido la versión de 260, puesto que no es realmente una mejora. No cuenta con nivel de luz ajustable, y consume demasiado rápido la carga de las baterías. Únicamente cuenta con función de memoria que permite apagar y encender la lámpara manteniendo una configuración específica.
