This product will grind the items nicely. However, the one I got will overheat and shut down every 1-2 minutes when I am using dry grinder due to overheating. This will slow down the job! If this issue was not happening then I would be very satisfied.

Good Customer Service in the U.S.A.

I purchased this BOSS mixer grinder sometime in July/August 2022. All 3 jars had leaking problems. I looked for Customer Support in the U.S.A. but could not find a contact. So, I reached out to their Indian offices, by email. I was pleasantly surprised, when someone in the USA, reached out to me and offered to send me a brand new, set of 3 jars, to replace the leaking ones. I appreciate the kind and prompt gesture. The replacement jars work very well. Thank you to the BOSS Customer Service team in the U.S.A. - Richard Dickinson

Rubber was not fit for one of Jar

I ordered this after seeing good reviews. After receiving my order and during first use, I found that the Rubber (which should be attached) for biggest jar is malfunctioned and not shipped separately. So, for me the big Jar is of no use. I have to return it. Lets see when i would get replacement or refund for same.

Smells bad- loose rubber bands around jar

The jars smelled of machine oil and no amount of cleaning got rid of it. The rubber on the lid was loose too

Meets the expectations!!

Love it! Delighted with the performance of this mixer / grinder Effortlessly grind dosa idly mixture. Stainless steel jars easy to clean. A good grinder for Indian cooking. Would definitely recommend!!
