Sharp and smooth

Works as indented. great clean cut. perfect for undersized 3/4" plywood

Wears out quickly

This router bit is supposed to cut a dado, or a rabbet to exact thickness of a 3/4" sheet of plywood. The first few passes were great, got a nice tight fit. Then gradually, but quickly, the once tight fit was to the point of impossible. Now I have to make two passes at two different widths to fit the plywood. I can only surmise that the bit is wearing out, after a reasonably short time. I'd have been better off getting a couple of those cheap ones at Wal-Mart. Very disappointed.

Good Product

It worked as advertised. I used it to cut dados in "3/4" birch plywood. I can't rate its longevity since I've cut only ten dados. The dados came out very well, with a just snug fit with no gaps. Wish I Had bought a bit like this years ago.

Hard to find for 23/33 plywood dados. Love it.

Made making dado cuts a piece of cake

This made quick work of cutting 3/4 inch dado easy. It cut clean cuts for every dado I needed to make. It was a little more expensive than some of the other router bits listed but in my opinion worth every penny I paid.

Accurate sizing

I use a lot of Russian birch plywood which is 23/32" thick. This bit makes for a snug fit where a 3/4" would be too sloppy. The bit has stayed sharp with a fair amount of use so I can highly recommend it.

Recommend it

Cut effortlessly but the dado was slightly larger than the 3/4 inch plywood which may possibly be because I was cutting imported shop-grade birch.
