My Go - To Bowls!!

I love the quality and size of these bowls. They are perfect for our church events, especially when we're making a soup of some kind. Large enough for a good serving and sturdy enough to hold up to its contents. And at a great price! Will definitely continue to purchase these for future events.

if only they were microwave safe

I got these for our weekly Sabbath dinner to have something nicer looking then paper plates (no cleaning in Sabbath). They look fine although they are SLIGHTLY transparent & a bit more flimsy then i expected ( they "give" around the top/sides). They do hold up to hot soups really well, we just used them for gumbo, and other then the bowl getting hot it worked out fine. My only real complaint (and reason for 4 stars) which is my own fault for not reading the description better, is that they are NOT microwave safe. The description mentions this in the stats part (which i clearly kind of skip over) NOT in the paragraph description where they tell you about the product. Like i said my fault for not reading better, they would be almost perfect if only they were microwave safe.

Handled Pozole like a champ!

Ordered these last minute 2days before our Christmas Eve family dinner. Not only did they arrive by 8pm the very next day, but they handled very hot (temp) Pozole like they were made for it. We rewashed some of them, and were able to reuse the next morning for Menudo. These were perfect!!!
