Great product

Works amazingly! I highly recommend you read and follow the directions before use. Purchased this for my Dad and he neglected to follow the instructions and filled our enclosed patio with so much smoke! After reading the directions he no longer has that problem.

Da Bears logo, other than that, it’s OK!

It takes a while to get going with pallets, does not tell you that you cannot ADD more during the fire as all it did when adding more is it smoked out like adding dry leaves to a burn pile and it smoking. Took FOREVER to kill the smoke and got it back going. Pellets did not last long but for a portable one. Does the job.

A Beastly Fire Pit

I ordered a used one (Acceptable grade, with some major cosmetic damage) and just unpacked it from the box. Even though there are some dents and scratches, I am extremely impressed with the build quality and weight of this pit and can't wait for the weather to get cool enough (we're having an October heat wave in Dallas now) to fire this bad boy up. Update: we had a chilly Halloween Eve in Dallas, so we fired this pit up and enjoyed it thoroughly. It burns hot and fast, due to rich ventilation from below, and the thermal mass of the unit provides a nice heat for chilly legs and feet sitting nearby. Very pleased, looking forward to using it for a long time.

Pellets Fall Through and Paint Burns off

I like that you can burn pellets but they fall through onto the ground so be very careful. The paint burns off after the 4th or 5th fire, and before that it produces some weird black smoke that probably isn't wise to breathe in. It also destroyed my fiberglass grill mat.. Don't get this thing anywhere near your deck.
