I usually wear 9 or Eu40 and 9 fit nicely. This shoe is lovely and as comfortable as heels get. I always feel uncomfortable in heels and these are fairly pain free. I think someone who is less of a baby would find them perfectly comfortable. The heel is not very high. Good construction. Tje colour is gorgeous. Strangely, my oral surgeon complimented me on them.
