Not what I expected but still useful

I have hand spasticity and use this brace when it gets bad. I can still move my fingers some with this brace, unlike my hard plastic one, and it doesn't get as sweaty. However it is bulky and kind of unwieldy with all the different layers, and it was really counter-intuitive to set up. Most of the time, I don't use the finger sleeves and instead use the under-layer of rods, slid forward on my fingers so that the velcro wraps up near the second knuckle instead of at the base of my fingers. For my condition, it helps keep my fingers outstretched instead of tightly curled on themselves without the bulky neoprene on top, but ymmv.
