Just a box with no remote access, no code access, no key.

This is literally just a patio box. Made by a company that makes garage door openers and other remote controlled things? I feel like they named it "BenchSentry" and said it "...Protects Packages from Theft..." just to trick me into buying something that is a BOX. Nothing more. I was going to get the Eufy Secure Drop Box for $200, but got this garbage instead, thinking it did the same thing, but was larger. For the price, it definitely SHOULD have been. Genie: This is a quick way to lose life-long customers. As someone who owns 3 homes, and knows lots of people, I don't think you want people like me feeling "scammed". Drop the price and make it clear that you're selling a simple box with no security features if you want to be taken seriously. Or go back to just making garage door openers.

BenchSentry by Genie Package Delivery Box for Outside

This is a really durable porch box that can hold quite a few packages and was very easy to assemble. It's compatible with some fancy smart lock- the description made it quite clear it was just available, not that it came with it. It's sturdy enough to sit on for sure- a huge part of why I got it. Overall I think it's a little expensive at almost $300 for a porch box/ bench, but it is a very sturdy, very nice one that can be upgraded to be a smart porch box if that's something you desire.

Does just what I needed!

This is perfect to leave on my porch for my packages to go in. No, it doesn’t lock but I’m fine with that! I feel much safer with my packages going inside of this rather then laying all out on my porch with the possibility of being taken or blown away. I like how it even says thank you at the bottom when you open it up to thank your package delivery person! The only con is I wish the lid stayed open on its own but I’m very happy with it

Nice size box

Disappointed that the top doesn't lock down or snap closed. This is a problem if one wants to store anything outside (like bird seed or dog food) because any critter can crawl inside. If you're just using it for receiving packages, it's fine.

Great Outdoor Delivery Box

Picked this up as an outdoor storage bin for our deck. This box is well designed, very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It fits the bill perfectly for what I got it for and will provide many, many years of service. If you are in need of such a package delivery box, or just a nice weatherproof outdoor storage bin, I can highly recommend this unit.
