Item arrived dented but the box looked good!

The soup warmer seems to work just disappointed there are dents in the side of the stainless steel jacket. Seller should discount item.

2 nd one I bought warmer has gone out in less than a year

Not worth the money!!!

The unit only barley worked just over a year. Contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement of a very cheap model, dented and used. Not the unit we paid for!!! Not Acceptable!!!

A must purchase if you cook constantly.

I just love the soup warmer. I actually use it for other things too, not just soup. I've put mashed potatoes on 1 side and gravy on the other. Anything that you need to keep warm that will fit in those containers you can use it.

Temperature won't lower

My warmer is malfunctioning. I just purchased it September 7th and it runs super hot and the heat will not lower. There is also water dripping from the bottom but I can't find where it is coming from. I'm trying to find some type of assistance but cannot find anywhere on Amazon to help me.
