Don't use on hardwood floors!

Good product and tape actually sticks, which surprised me. In fact, it sticks a little too well maybe. Used this on hardwood floors and it didn't occur to me to test first. Pulled up the carpet an hour later and it came up without the tape. It took me, my husband and my daughter an hour to scrape all the tape off, but there were still little visible tape marks and tackiness on the floor. Even after hand scrubbing with floor cleaner, mopping, shining, they're still there.

Good Rug..but

You will need more double sided tape. What comes with it isn’t great. Otherwise held up to a hundred people walking over it.

This was for a prom send off. It's kind of thin but for $20 I don't mind.

Included tape will damage your wood floor. Use your own.

Everything about this red carpet runner was exactly what I wanted!! The only reason I gave it a three was due to the damage done to our wooden floors by the included double-sided tape. To the company‘s credit…I’m almost certain there was a warning on the Amazon website. Problem was…we were at our son’s graduation while family decorated.

Exactly what I expected for the WOW effect

Did exactly what it was supposed to do; a cheap and fun "Hey you rolled out the red carpet!" effect. Brilliant red in color, quite long. It is made of that paper like cloth material, not "carpet" at all. It won't stand up to many uses, but...if you want a carpet, spent 20x more for a real-no kidding carpet! It comes on a roll, so you can just roll it out. The other comments about how sticky the tape is -- absolutely true! Having read those remarks, I just peeled off maybe 1/4 of the backing to expose just a little bit of the tape, and it worked fine. After the grand entrance, I rolled it back up neatly on the roll, stored it, and with the left over tape I can use it "like new" at least four more times. Again, this is for the effect of "ha ha a red carpet!" you can walk on it, but it isn't for heavy use at all. Great value for the price; the price is good for fun.
