Mine were an inch--too large

Buying sequins for crafting is a guessing game. Many products don't list the sizes. This particular product is a perfect example One reviewer said the sequins were the size of a nickel, another said it was an inch, another said it was 1/4 inch, another said it was the size of a pencil eraser. Some said the sequins were too large, other said too small. I suspect that what you get depends on the supplier, but there is one product description for all. I gambled, hoping they would send me the small ones. I lost. The ones I received are an inch. I measured them. They are a bit too large for the purpose I wanted, which was to make shaker cards. Even so, they will find some use, unlike some other sequins I've bought. There seems to be two kinds of snowflakes, although they are identical in shape and size. One is a plain plastic white plastic which doesn't really have much shine at all. The other is a clearer almost holographic type which shines different colors depending on the light. These latter are rather attractive. I would say my package contained half of each kind.

Pretty but not great for home-made calm down jar

Bought this for use in a calm-down jar for my toddler. The pieces are big and shiny and look really nice. Unfortunately, because of their size and shape, they sink pretty fast and have a tendency to get stuck together in clumps. So unless I shake the calm down jar vigorously, I don't really get to see these snowflakes.

A little big for snowflake slime

The media could not be loaded. We make slime on our YouTube channel A Mom Kids and Cat. We made snowflake slime with these but they were a little big. We trimmed some down. Still great for other crafts though. Very pretty color.

Perfect holiday decor

I used this confetti to decorate a little "surprise" our elf on the shelf left for the kids. It is a bit larger than regular confetti was looked beautiful. Since it is on the larger size it would also be perfect for art work and I am thinking of using the leftovers (it is a fairly large bag) just for that

“SNOW” Beautiful!

Exactly what they were described as. Beautiful mix of white and clear iridescent snowflakes. Makes a beautiful addition to projects, table decor, etc.

Wish it didn't have that purple color glow on it. Wish it was more white, halo type of glow. This picture is realistic to the color you get when light shines on it. It turns a pink/purple color on one side - the other side is white plastic. Shape of the snowflakes are very good. I have not seen any deformed ones or broken ones. The plastic is thick, and they are well made.

The snowflakes are great. I originally bought the to make shakers, but have found a few other uses for them.
