Stiff, sharp, grill scraper only.

This is a sharp grill scraper with a heavy blade. The blade has no flex whatever, so it wouldn’t be suitable for use as a pastry or pizza spatula, and I wouldn’t want to use it on a kitchen counter. It’s well made as a grill scraper for that limited use.

Great scraper!

Great scraper for Blackstone. Good construction and solid weight. Blade is study and strong. Much better quality than other similar products. Would likely give as gift to other Blackstone owners. For those using hanging hooks for tool storage note there is no hole in handle, but that’s not a deal breaker.

This is a must for Blackstone griddle

I use this on EVERY cook on my griddle. Well made and even looks nice. Easy to clean. I sharpened the blade as I like to cut with it on griddle and not dirty a knife. Don't make the mistake of getting or using a regular paint scraper they ARE NOT the same. You need one like this one that is for food service. Price is quite reasonable.

Excellent (and versatile) scraper. Very good value.

I use this for my griddle (I have a large stainless one that I put on my grill whenever we feel like eating, well, good stuff). This scraper is perfect for cleaning the griddle of all the gooey-sticky-burnt stuff that's left after cooking on it. I got two of them actually to replace the two I had for about 2 years - replace them not because they are bad, but because they are so good I used them during my basement remodeling for spackling, or for cleaning thinset from the tiles, and many more...

Great scraper! I haven't found use for it - like I had planned - in baking, but instead used it when scraping and repainting my floors. Very sturdy and sharp with a substantial handle.
