My sensitive skin mostly loves it, but my nose has questions

My skin: Sensitive, reactive, with dryness in my cheeks and around my mouth. This stuff: To me, its consistency is a hybrid of a lotion and gel moisturizer. On my face: Perhaps because of it texture, immediately after applying, my face does feel hydrated, but I have to reapply a little bit around my mouth for that area to feel as moisturized as the rest of my face. I should also add that it gives my face a semi-matte finish. But, for some reason, it smells like plain yogurt to me, which I don’t mind. Not that I’m walking around smelling like a fro-yo stand, since it’s not overpowering or anything like that, but yeah. Yogurt. Still, I’m happy to have found a solid replacement for my old moisturizer. My skin not only looks good, it feels good.

Perfect! Weird Packaging Though

Quick shipping, good price as face moisturizers seem hard to find for a decent price. The bottle is a nice size as well, I may have it for a few months til' it runs out. However, I noticed some weird, brown, sticky residue attached to the body of the bottle. I quickly washed my hands and took a sanitizing wipe to wipe whatever this gross stuff was. On the other hand, the lotion has a fresh oat scent to it which I was pleased to see. I also have eczema so the oat ingredients will be even perfecter against my hands and face for a safe application.

My face feels so much softer with this!

On a recent dermatology visit I was advised to start using moisturizing agents twice daily to improve my very dry “old lady skin.” I started with two Aveeno products, a lotion that I use on my body, and this cream for my face. Both products are great, but I can really see a nice difference in my face. I just use a little of the cream over my entire face and neck area. It makes this area feel soft and smooth, and the skin actually looks better!

Effective but Fragrance-Free with a Slight Odor

This is a good product that effectively moisturizes dry skin for up to 24 hours. As someone with dry skin, I appreciate how hydrating this cream is without feeling greasy or heavy on the skin. However, I do have to say that the fragrance-free aspect of this product is a bit of a double-edged sword. While it's great for those with sensitive skin or who prefer fragrance-free products, I did notice that this cream has a bit of a weird smell to it. It's not overpowering, but it's definitely noticeable. Despite the odd scent, I would still recommend this product to anyone in need of a good moisturizer for dry skin. However, I do think that I may try something with a light fragrance next time to see if that makes a difference in terms of the overall experience.

Leaves your facial skin soft and creamy

Love AVEENO products. Smooth and easy to use. The lotion in the tube that I received, was too runny. Not the usual at all. It still works just fine. Keeps my skin smooth and creamy.

The Perfect Blend

I love this Aveeno moisturizer! I use it every night before bedtime. For me, the formula is perfect. It' s not too oily, and it doesn't contain too much alcohol. I tried Neutragina' s brand and you can smell the alcohol content which dried my skin out. If you're looking for a good moisturizer that doesn't break the bank, give Aveeno a try.
