The BEST customer service!

We LOVE this vacuum, but after a few months, there was an issue that kept it from working. I reached out to the company and they arranged for a brand new vacuum to be sent to us. They made it so easy to get taken care of. Amazing customer service experience!

I was happy until...

I only got to use this unit once or twice for small cleanups and it did a pretty good job...especially for the cost. Unfortunately, after owning the unit for about 6 weeks or so, and using it for a total of maybe 20 minutes, the unit died. It accepted a charge okay, but would not turn on. Of course it was past the 30-day return window but I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the manufacturer. I have to say that Amazon customer service did a great job and the manufacturers' customer service was wonderful. I sent them a short video of the unit not working and they offered to repair or replace the unit right away. I let them know that I was not confident that this would not happen again with a new unit and I would prefer a refund which they processed right away... They didn't have to do that so I would be very comfortable buying from this manufacturer in the future.. just not this particular product. All in all a pretty good experience with a seller who certainly backs their products.

Good power.....can do a pretty large area before the batt drains. After 4 months the vac would not turn on......but the manufacturer immediately sent out a replacement. Would get just for the backing by them.....

Almost ok.

Had it for about a month. It was decent for the price. The suction was kinda weak but passable and the battery stopped charging to full capacity after about a month. It would run for 5 minutes and then die. I would've kept it if it wasn't for the battery. I would pass for something else. Gave me a refund though.

This is exactly what we were looking for.

We have two dogs, so we do a lot of vacuuming. Kind of a pain to pull out the Dyson for a quick once over. With this you just pull it down and go. Easier than sweeping on hard surfaces and does a pretty good job of the carpet as well. Very satisfied.
