Kitchen remodel

I bought 3 of these lights for a kitchen remodel. Hanging the lights was a breeze, and they even included gloves so you didn't leave any finger smudges while handling. The lights definitely feel solid, and look beautiful. A very practical feature is the hanging cord stays wrapped in the housing, allowing you to simply adjust and readjust the height to your desired position.

So the Amazon site doesn't say dimmable or not, but the Aspen Creative web site for this model says it is. My electrician tried three different dimmers and none worked. Amazon tried to contact manufacturer's support but phone number didn't work, so I found them in California where I was told they have had a problem with the Chinese supplier. Really? So I paid $90 a piece for these pendents and I am stuck on 'bright' all the time? And I just had my electrician spend two hours to solve the unsolvable? And all I get is a refund stuck with labor charges. I am fuming.
