I love this lamp

I love this lamp. It has the great mid-century design that I was looking for, and it is well made and sturdy. I love the fact that they include a USB port on the back of the stand. If I could change one thing it would be the adjustment screw. It is really difficult to adjust. It comes out quickly and it is difficult to get it back on and tight. But how often do you need to adjust the height of a lamp?

Lovely lamp (chrome & wood 26" desk lamp)

I really like this lamp - particularly having chosen it based only on picture. It's solid and looks like it'll last quite some time. Also, it isn't in the description of the lamp or the specs, but there is a usb port on it. A nice surprise.

Inaccurate description!

In and of itself, it may be a fine lamp. I’m a designer so colors are critical. My issues were in the description on Amazon. It is described as a brushed nickel/or pewter metal . . . It actually is a copper/bronze. The shade is described as “off-white,” when in reality it is a cream, which is far yellow’er than off-white. I had to send it back, but at least that took only 45mins of my time to box it back up and drive it to a UPS location. I’m an hour in the hole, which translates to $75 worth of my time, for this error. Amazon was great about the refund, however.

This lamp is gorgeous. Both the wood and the chrome finish are high quality. The added usb port in the back of the lamp is really hand too! The reason I only gave this 4 stars is the fact that the wrapping on the cord connecting the lamp to the base was frayed and I had to super glue it together to look nice, but this was only a minor nuisance.

so much chrome, its way too shiny chrome...Im thinking of painting them oil rubbed bronze (It did that with some other lamps from Amazon and it was a huge improvement), Otherwise, for a change you don't have to assemble it, just put the finial on and it is well made with a nice fabric cord
