Met Our Needs Perfectly

We needed a low-profile LED puck to illuminate the inside of a glass-front kitchen cabinet. It has flexible mounting options and the color temperature seems spot on. It matched our 4,000K strip lights perfectly. It's quite bright; we run it at about 5% brightness and that's plenty.

Bright, white, "clean" look

I am very happy with the look and the light. The mounting plate is affixed to the light and can't be removed to attach the mount, then the light, as usual. If you want to screw it on you will have to measure the two screw placements, very precisely then attach. I can't imagine getting under an affixed shelf or cabinet top to do that without a lot of time and frustration. But, there is double sided tape included so it could be a snap if you want to go that route--but will the tape hold? So, low rating for install. My situation was different as I was replacing my cut-in pucks so I had to first cut a plug to fill the existing 2 1/2" hole and then was able to easily measure, attach the light to the plug, then fit the light, attached to the plug, into the old hole. Super easy.

Good product

I liked the simplicity of this product and the fact a stencil for screw layout is supplied. I feel that the light was very difficult to get tight up against the cabinet. Perhaps it would be better for more concealed installations

Nice and bright and the color of the lighting was perfect for us

Used this for lighting under a couple open shelves in our remodeled kitchen where we had forgotten to have a plan for lighting until it was done. Being able to double sided tape these puck lights under the shelf and then paint the wire to match the color of the shelf and use silicone adhesive to hold the wire in place along the back corner of the shelf worked out well. The light is the perfect color for these display shelves in our kitchen. The top light is a regular recessed light where the 2 below are the Armacost lights. We had purchased some puck lights previously from another place and the light had a pinkish color to it which we did not like but the color from these lights is exactly what we were looking for.

Awesome lights

Beautiful color on lights. Super thin. Don’t use the peel and stick, screw them in. I did peel and stick initially and they fell.

Great under cabinet lights!

Got these lights with an LED driver also from Armacost... added a Lutron LED dimmer switch and we have perfect under cabinet lights.
