Something odd

I bought one of these pans a year ago and I love it. I made all kinds of cakes during the pandemic, it is especially good for upside down cakes. Combined with 9-inch precut parchment, I might consider getting rid of my springform pan. Then I ordered one for a gift and that's when the trouble started. The first one that arrived was a 6-inch pan, so I returned it. The second one was a 9-inch pan but it had a weird bulge going all around the perimeter of the pan, making it unusable. It almost looks like a joke. I would not take a chance ordering another, but I would love to know the story behind the bulge.

Very disappointed

One pan was delivered with manufacturing damaged. The second pan was the wrong size. The product was not usable. This was very disappointing.
