HEAVY AS STONEWARE ????

This design's in the coupe style, so even though it's a 12-oz. size (my cups are 10-oz.'s), I thought that because it's porcelain, it would still be lighter weight, and my 10-oz. cups could neatly nest in the 12-oz. size. However, these 12-oz. "Commercial" cups are big, heavy, thick, suitable for the diner trade, but not for me. Additionally, they came filthy, tacky from dried glue, dusty, somewhat scraped on the bottoms, and some yellowed by age. These were bought "NEW" (and supposedly unused), but what I received was neither new, unused, or even made within the relatively recent past. I suppose with bleach and scouring powder, they might clean up, but they're still too heavy for my wrists to comfortably lift. What they charged for this mess was almost $30.00, which when divided by 12 cups, comes out to about $2.50 per cup. At any Dollar Tree, you can get cups for $1.25 each, in much better condition than what I received, and you can buy exactly the amount you need. Makes me wanna rethink how I do things. because often enough I've tied up my money buying a pig in a poke, only to face the formidable task and expense of returning heavy things to Amazon, when I can't lift the box or walk to the drop-off point. And this is no third party seller, but Amazon's own brand!

They keep your coffee warm longer than most

Arrived broken

The mugs were packed in 3 boxes with 4 mugs in each. Each box contained 1 broken mug. So we have 9 instead of 12 :-(

Great classic mug

Simple, classic white mugs. Fits perfectly in my hand. I love that they're 12 oz. Such a great size. They've held up very well for the 6 months that I've had them.

They are great! I paid 10$ for them but noticed the price of them went way up unfortunately.

Bon article mais livraison bâclée !

Les tasses correspondent parfaitement à mon attente d'où les 3 et 4 étoiles mais pour la solidité je me permets une petite précision aux livreurs il faudrait déjà commencer par ne pas jeter le paquet par dessus le portail alors que nous sommes présents ( et aussi se donner la peine de sonner). Obligée de renvoyer l'article ( 4 tasses de cassées). Amazon me renvoie l'article le lendemain (efficace) et rebelotte par dessus le portail !!!!! Exaspérant !!!!

They were exactly what I was looking for.

These mugs were exactly the size and shape I was looking for. I have used them in my restaurant for a couple months now and have had no issues with breaking or chipping. They came well packaged with no damage.
