Product was bally and had a stain on the front when I OPENED the package.

I was a little disappointed when I opened my package today. You could obviously tell that it had been worn before. It was all bally and had something on the front of it. I bought these for fall pictures and now I don't know if my daughter can wear it. Not very happy right now!
