Excellent customer service

Product originally received missing one board; contacted seller explaining missing board and received new set one week later. This is excellent customer service! While the set is heavier than we wanted, we feel it’s a better product than others we looked at. Highly recommend!

The bags slide too much

Price wise, not bad but to actually play it the board is slippery when the bags land,they have a tendency to slide downwards..If your a serious player , I would not recommend it.

Do not buy this.

Beanbags have too much bounce, if not on grass the whole thing will also move, really loud noise also when the bags hit. Surface is made of pressboard, so the nice aluminum frames are pointless, you still can’t leave this outside, as the pressboard is exposed at the hole. Also not packed well - the handy side clips were bent and rendered useless in shipping, and the repacement shipped had the same issue. Beanbags seemed good. Verdict is …. build my own out of wood.
