All Clad is my favorite cookware

I bought this all-clad set for my youngest sister’s birthday—she needed some decent non-stick cookware. She loves it! I’ve had my own All-Clad for years and felt she deserved it, too.

Quality Matters~

For a while I used an off brand non-stick skillet for basic frying, like eggs, bacon, and anything with cheese that may stick. The challenge I had was with getting the right temperature. The rest of my cookware is stainless All-Clad, where I know to cook at low to med heat, and I am rewarded with a very even and consistent cooking heat, so my dishes came out perfect. With the off brand, that didn't have the same heat dispersion technology...things were a bit inconsistent. With these two pans, cooking is back on track, with very good, consistent results at a low to med temp....with foods that can easily flip, cook evenly, and slide out of the pan into a serving dish. For the experienced chef, the proper tools make all the difference.

Great set of pans

Our previous set of non stick pans wore off after 6 years, so I decided on these ones. Well built, strong, sturdy. Heats my pasta, eggs, etc., nicely. I always use oil in the pan to assist the non stick and plastic spatulas. We clean these in the dishwasher. And use our glass lids. Not much to say. Good set of pans if you need to replace your older ones. Not expensive like other pans, they're affordable, so we bought two.
