Bad clasp!

I wish I would have read the reviews about the clasp issue. I bought this for my daughter as a keep safe charm while I traveled overseas. Within one day, the charm was lost! It feel off her bracelet while she was at school. She was devastated. I ordered her another one because she loved it, it. I’ll pay extra to have my jeweler secure it. I’d love refund on the first one!

Not Usual Alex and Ani Quality

Super cute and wanted to love it, but clasp broke within 2 weeks. I the Alex and Ani charm bracelet along with 3 charms (I bought this one myself) for my birthday- within 2 weeks all the charms had broken off the bracelet (clasp issues).
